DAY 01
Arrive to Kolkata.Full day free for rest or you can visit Howrah bridge-the most famous symbol of not only Kolkata but also West Bengal.You can also visit Birla Planetarium,one of the largest planetarium in world.DAY 02
Take a Flight to Patna.Full day rest. Overnight at hotel.
DAY 03: Patna - Nalanda - Rajgir - Bodhgaya
Leave to Bodhgaya-the most spiritual centre for Buddhist.Then visit Nalanda which is 80kms away from Bodhgaya.It is the most renowned university of ancient India.Dont forget to visit Rajgir which is just 11 kms from Nalanda and is the first Buddhist Council.
DAY 04: Bodhgaya.
Take a full day sight seeing to Bodhgaya where thousands of visitors come every year.And also visit the Mahabodhi Temple where the Buddha attained enlightenment. Overnight at Hotel in Bodhgaya.
DAY 05 : Bodhgaya - Varanasi.
Breakfast at Hotel and then drive to Varanasi.Temples are the main attraction of Varanasi.Durga temple, Vishwanath temple, Sankat Mochan temple, Tulsi Manas temple and the Bharat Mata temple are major temples to visit.Ganga Ghats and The Alamgir Mosque are another attractions to visit.
DAY 06: Varanasi & Sarnath.
Just 10 kms away from Varanasi, Sarnath where the Buddha gave his first sermon.The Dharmarajika, Chaukhandi and Dharnek stupas in Sarnath are incredible.
DAY 07: Varanasi - Kushinagar.
Leave to Kushinagar.Visit The Mahaparinirvana temple , one of the main attraction of Kushinagar.Overnight at kushinagar hotel. DAY 08 : Kushinagar - Lumbini - Sravasti.
Leave Kushinagar and drive to Lumbini, birth place of Buddha.Proceed to Sravasti (Sahet-Mahet), capital of the ancient Kingdom of Kosala.Overnight at Sravasti.
DAY 09 :Sravasti - Lucknow.
Proceed to Lucknow.From there take a train to Bhopal.Overnight in Bhopal.
DAY 10 :
Visit Sanchi which is known for its Stupas, monasteries, temples and pillars and then leave for Agra by Shatabdi exp.
DAY 11: Agra - Delhi.
Visit Tajmahal.Proceed to Delhi.
DAY 12 : Lumbini - Sravasti.
Visit major places of Delhi.Tour ends.
